The CDC has issued a food safety alert for certain charcuterie meat products due to an outbreak of Salmonella. Fratelli Beretta USA, Inc. has issued a recall for over 11,000 pounds of its Busseto Foods brand meats. Consumers are advised to check their refrigerators for the recalled products and take appropriate actions.
