The victim awoke with the suspect over him slashing at him trying to rob him. He suffered cuts to his hands and face. The wounds relatively minor but there are scars for subway riders. It makes me scared, a little nervous, to, like, use the subway. Because you never know. Like, you could be standing next to somebody and the next minute theyre cutting you. I find it very scary. She gave birth at her home but suffocated the newborn girl and left her in a trash bag behind the house. When seudat started bleeding heavily thursday morning, her mother called paramedics. Doctors determined the suspect gave birth recently and later on investigators discovered the baby girl in the suspects back yard. She delivered the baby herself. As far as we know it was a healthy baby until it succumbed to the asphyxiation. Reporter from what weve learned from investigators, the suspect was a college student. Her brother and mother were at home when she gave birth, according to police. And Something Else that investigators wanted to make sure that people knew that there are so many agencies in nassau county, if there is an unwanted child those people can go to a Fire Department or church for example.
