Luke King Abbott and Dalton came up with different drafts and variations of the film.
The landed with telling the story an ensemble of broken characters, running from or chasing their own demons coincidentally wind up together at one unfortunate location The Devil’s Grave.
Casting took place and consists of an all New Mexico-based cast. It includes Monique Candelaria, Keith Jardine, Donald Cerrone, Ron Weisberg, Merritt C. Glover, Tamas Nadas and Dalton.
TJ Encinias, Frank Floyd, Clinton H. Wallace and Denita Wolf are signed on as producers. Darkroad Pictures is co-producing.
The production wanted to go with a local director, but found its final piece in N.Y.-based director James McKinney.
