This area a bay area law firm filed a lawsuit against Bank Executive team members and board members, alleging the banks executives were aware fake accounts were being opened in millions of customers names. Earlier this week wells fargos ceo apologized to customers but insisted the fake accounts were not part of a scam. Today lawyers representing a shareholder who filed a lawsuit are calling the banks executive team to return the millions of dollars they made from those fake accounts. Were asking for a clawback.
