Even though city staff met about the safe harbor project we were here and we found the city manager was not here and the mayor and commissioner was not here. This morning were in the teens as youll see in a moment but at least we have some sunshine early on before those clouds you see out to the west start to roll in and then a couple of snow showers pass through later this evening. Temperatures this morning cold. 14 degrees in philadelphia, just three in allentown. We have improved to 2 degrees in millville but there are some of those rural or outlying areas that are excessively cold this morning. 13 in wilmington, eight in trenton, 18 in wildwood and even though the winds arent all that strong, we are seeing those wind chills in a couple of spots go down a bit maybe two, 3 degrees below the temperature.
