This is why we see them here in the parking lot is because technically the driver did leave the scene and then came back now preliminary investigations is telling us that the boss of bicycle this was on bryce. Road right over here and got hit from behind somewhere and this area here just south of this driveway. Now the as i mentioned the driver technically did leave the scene continue driving. But then came back and called the police about the collision when they showed up thats when they found the bicycle is a a 28 years old a fremont resident. He was dead and on the streets so the body is still here were still waiting for the Coroners Office to arrive. In the meantime investigators are out here trying to figure out the speed wi.
