The truck ended up on top of one of those cruisers. Nobody was inside them so nobody got hurt. It happened at noon. According to police, here is how it all went down. The driver got into a fight with some officers who were headed into a store to get fluids for their cars. After the heated exchange, he rammed the police cars and confronted the officers again. We think his initial stance was very aggressive coming out of the dump truck and his intention was likely to attack the officers. They showed great restraint. They were able to arrest the driver without incident. Nobody was hurt. Investigators have not released the drivers name and they are trying to get more details about that initial exchange of words with the officers. Forget about the snow.
