Memphis Police (MPD) said a man have been detained after the shooting was reported about 6:15 a.m. on the 1900 block of Davis Circle. A man was found dead at the scene.
A man was shot and killed Saturday afternoon in Frayser, police said. It was the third shooting reported in the Memphis neighborhood on Saturday and the second one there that resulted in a death.
