The police were parked on the pavement when it happened. During the course of the investigation, one of the officers was in his car, put the car in reverse and at that time female was behind the vehicle and the Police Vehicle struck that female. A young woman whos family owns an ice cream shop nearby says they heard the gunshots. A lot more cops here and it was very all the traffic was closed. I mean a bunch of traffic all the lanes were closed down. There was passing through getting hard. So, you know, i parked over at the shop and i came over and everyone just standing around and no one knows knew what was going on.
