The Thompson School District has hired more drivers and expanded routes amid a shortage of bus drivers, according to a presentation to the school board Wednesday evening, but is still struggling to provide adequate coverage and is experimenting with novel solutions to ensure students get to school seamlessly.
The new hub at 350 W. 37th St. sits just around a mile north of the Food Bank for Larimer County's parking lot on North Lincoln Avenue, where COLT moved to in 2016 shortly after losing its lease at 29th Street and U.S. 287.
Both Loveland and Larimer County administrative offices will be closed Monday for the New Year’s Day holiday. City of Loveland municipal buildings other than the city’s homeless shelters will be closed to the public on Monday in observance of Christmas Day and again on Monday, Jan. 1, in observance of New Year’s Day.
