Dari thank you. Federal civil rights charges will not be filed against the nypd officer who killed and unarmed bronx teen in 2012. The officer shot and killed the 18yearold during a drug investigation. He said he thought graham had a gun. A grand jury cleared the officer of wrongdoing. He remains on the force. The graham family wants him fired. They settled a lawsuit against the city last year for almost 4 million. Steve new Jersey State Police mourning one of their own. Trooper cullen was struck by a passing vehicle at the scene of the accident last night. He died early this morning. Investigators say the 22yearold female driver stopped immediately.
