Say dozens of civilians have been killed while fleeing a neighbourhood held by Islamic State fighters. Exactly how they died is not yet clear. But there have been reports of the militants targeting civilians attempting to escape the city. Iraqi Government Forces retook Eastern Mosul back injanuary.
