The Lok Sabha Secretariat has suspended eight security personnel over the massive security lapse that saw intruders setting off canisters of coloured smoke inside and outside Parliament on Wednesday.

Parliament Lok Sabha Security Breach News: The Delhi police on Thursday revealed that the Parliament s security breach, that took place during the winter session on Wednesday, was well-coordinated and planned by six people for over months. In the meanwhile, five of six accused have been taken in police custody. During the initial investigation, it has been revealed that the accused had told police that the breach was aimed at drawing the government s attention to a lot of issues.
Two intruders jumped from public gallery number four at around 1 pm when the Zero hour was in progress.They also shouted slogans like ‘tanashahi nahi chalegi’ (dictatorship will not be allowed)
The intruders entered the Parliament using a visitor's pass issued in the name of BJP MP from Mysore Pratap Simha. India Today accessed the visitor's pass which was issued to one of the accused detained from inside the House.
