Police oppose criminal justice reform bill Feb. 17, 2021 FacebookTwitterEmail SPRINGFIELD The Illinois Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) State Lodge has released the results of a member survey taken last month regarding the ramifications of House Bill 3653, the so-called police reform legislation that passed the Illinois General Assembly during the January Lame Duck Session.
