A rally in San Francisco expressed support for a man shot to death by police, as a civil rights lawsuit gets under way. The parents of Alejandro Alex are suing four officers in federal court for wrongful death and excessive force. A jury will decide whether police acted reasonably when they shot and killed the 28 yearold in march of 2014. Officers were responding to a report of a man with a gun acting erratically. Police say they believe their lives were in danger, as alex nieto pointed a gun with a red laser light at them. It turned out to be a taser, one the man used for a job as a security guard.
