Baltimore county where a watermain break is causing a lot of problems for people in schools in perry hall, carney and parkville. Wjz is live, sky high chopper 13 and jeff long over joppa road with more. Reporter good afternoon. This watermain break is near the 4100 block of east joppa road between seven courts drive and belair road in perry hall, baltimore county. This is a 12inch watermain and the impact is being felt from belair road on the east to loch raven boulevard on the west and as far south as northern parkway inside the city limits. Some customers have no water while others are experiencing low water pressure and some will even see some brown water. The department of public works is on the scene as you can see. They are trying to isolate the break and the crews are working hard to return service to the affected areas. Reporter republicans grilled president obamas top health officials, also demanding to know why millions have been kicked off their Current Health plan, after the president gave assurances that would not happen. Reporter cbs news, obtained this internal government memo from september 27th. It discusses incomplete security testing on the website, but still recommends an october 1st launch. You have exposed millions of americans, because you all, according to your memo, believed it was an acceptable risk. Warm, one day its snowing, one day its raining. We get some people with the snow, some people with the sunshine. It keeps it interesting. Lets talk about the rain right now. Marylands most powerful radar, it is coming down pretty moderate in some spots. So we can see around baltimore, just to the north of Baltimore City and Baltimore County around western run, mission run also getting in on some moderate rainfall this morning. You can see that in the yellows. Chapel north and valley brook. If you are in these areas traveling along these areas, be prepared for some steady to moderate rain. Were also dealing with this around Harford County this morning. Its been pretty steady here as well around laurelwood, southwest shore and todd lakes. You can see some of the orange. The 85yearold has announced hes stepping down the end of the month. He took over after the death of Pope Benedict xvi on april 19, 2005. In an address to the cardinals he said, quote, this is a decision of great importance for the life of the church. Again he said understanding what was required as being pope was something he was physically unable to continue doing the first time in 600 years. You may remember the pope recently joined things like twitter. We do want to encourage you to follow us as we begin to follow this story because its breaking news and again coming down this morning, a lot of you wondering why. He says its because hes tired.
