If we were to interview 100 folks who had left, not for calls but just left, what would be the dominant reason they cited . Either their expectations werent met or they lost interest. Why do folks leave . Well, ill give you some thoughts i have. Because i havent done those interviews myself. I think it is probably a combination effect. You always have some people who justify it is not their job for them and they move on. Lets address some of the concerns you have with morale.
