If we were to interview 100 folks who had left, not for calls but just left, what would be the dominant reason they cited . Either their expectations werent met or they lost interest. You always have some people who justify it is not their job for them and they move on. Lets address some of the concerns you have with morale. I think you can never market that enough. But i do believe it really comes down to understanding that were all in the same system together. We have different roles to play. But we can play those roles in a complementary fashion. The airlines have been working very hard to enforce the one plus one rule, meaning the one carryon bag and one handbag or briefcase.
