Eric Wilson, a household name with most book-reading youth, was in town this week, stoking the fires of literacy and pouring gas onto the flames of their imaginations.
“It’s chance to meet the kids who read my books,” said Wilson, author of the best-selling Tom and Liz Austen mystery series. “It’s always good for an author to stay in touch with the readers. You can become so isolated that you don’t know what kids are thinking.”
