i m here. i m at now desk but trying to watch the shot and see exactly where he is located. i did put a little x on my weather map to show where he s located on the north end of the reservoir where we were told the first flooding would occur. if you want to zoom in here, i went down to google maps and see what it s supposed to look like. and it s a very highly populated area there s the chase bank. you seen the sign he s been at right there. the one thing you ll notice right away, how flat this is. in other words, the levee overtops then that water just spreads out. maybe if it s so flat the water won t be super high but it s going to spread out like a lake all different directions. we can spin around. this is the chase bank and you notice the sign behind him, you can see the chase sign right there and look around. that s where he just walked down. exactly. that s just where he s walking down. they are taking the people out of this region.
tuesday to wednesday. flash flood watches for 11 million people, and this is what s going to make this an historic storm. this is the expected rainfall forecast from the national weather service over the next seven days. that s 20 inches of rain in pink. huge area. this little x there is where they re thinking there could be 25 inches of rain. that s what s going to cause our historic flooding problems. again, that s where we re telling everyone from houston to victoria and corpus christi, your concern goes to the middle of next week. billion, let s hope everyone there heeds those warnings, bill. we want a very big tax cut, but cannot do that until we keep our promise to repeal and
design for this but it was giving bursts. even though there was no data. and we can time those bursts and we can get a measurement. that s the measurement that they came up with. and that s why they drew this arc. this semicircle of where the plane may have gone. let me take you back to the map. we ll take out those arcs and now let me take you down here. so the ntsb initially, that s the national transportation safety board, initially had an area off australia that was huge. 370,000 square miles. and the plan was that would take at least six weeks to search. but in the last 24 hours, they came up with a smaller area. right here. and that smaller area that they ve come up with is about 117,000 square miles. the target area of what they discovered from the satellite image is south of that. that s where i put the little x.
