Changes coming to proposed Little Rock Penny Sales Tax, vote pushed back

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. More than a month after Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. first introduced his penny sales tax initiative during his Rebuild the Rock presentation, changes are still coming in.
During Tuesday night s Board of Directors meeting, changes from everything from the zoo to roads were brought up.
Mayor Scott says these changes come after concerns were brought up by board members.
