LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — More than a month after Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. first introduced his penny sales tax initiative during his "Rebuild the Rock" presentation, changes are still coming in.
During Tuesday night's Board of Directors meeting, changes from everything from the zoo to roads were brought up.
Mayor Scott says these changes come after concerns were brought up by board members.
