Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Litter Bit Better is back in Rochester for 2021, with COVID safety measures are in place, to clean up Rochester.
After being canceled because of the COVID pandemic in 2020, the event for 2021 will run from May 1 - May 9, and registration opened up on April 5th. Those that are interested in volunteering are encouraged to collect littler anytime during that week while following COVID safety measures.
Trash and recycling bags are provided, and all volunteers have to do is pick a location, pick a date, and pick it up. Registration information, maps and more are all available here.
2021 Litter Bit Better is happening, but with COVID-19 safety measures
Citywide cleanup will begin May 1 and should be done alone or in small family, household or work groups.
