Canvassing the neighborhood, searching for clues. Montgomery county police say they are investigating the thats of richard the depths of richard and Julianne Vilardo as a double homicide. Diane they were supposed to meet up with family members on sunday, but when they did not show up, relatives came to their home here on ridge drive in rockville, just before 12 20 sunday afternoon, and they made a gruesome discovery. They say richard was found outside his home, and his wife was inside. There was trauma to their upper bodies. We are investigating these deaths as homicides. Despite the tracks reopening you can see that metro is still running shuttle buses because they are single tracking those trains between foggy bottom and rosslyn. This happened within three minutes. A lot of confusion because metro tweeted out the Train Service had been restored. It had not.
