Looking at this thing shutdown the second lane. This lane closure doesnt start immediately at the toll plaza you have to go down a few miles into the bridge to where the lane shuts down. So traffic is moving. On a nightly basis through saturday 2 westbound lanes stcloes close down from 7 00 at night until 5 00 in the morning. Those lanes will shutdown for the last time saturday night. They hope to have the final repairs done by 5 00 saturday morning. This is what it looked like as crews began closing the lanes down earlier. Theyve waited almost a month to perform these repairs. Its not ang easy project. A lot of planning going into this since june 15th. Thats when a hole opened up just before the highrise section of the bridge. A metal plate has been covering the hole ever since. But now crews will make the permanent fix concerning for drivers who say the states infrastructure is in trouble. Theres a number of problems we have. An infrastructure issue, and then you have a pothole thats
