Breaking news out of milpitas where police are investigating a possible shooting death that took place at an apartment complex on south main street. That is where Police Responded to a stolen vehicle call before 11 00 p. M. That caller said a man had gotten out of the car with weapons and ran into the apartment complex. Officers thought they heard gunshots as they arrived. They saw a car speeding out of the parking structure and they pursued it and the car crashed and the driver was taken into custody. Police searched the parking structure and found a dead body there. No other details have been released. The fight continues to keep a 100yearold woman in her San Francisco home. They evicted canada from her home yesterday and she had no warning the eviction would take place. San francisco sheriff said canada wasnt even living in the apartment. Abc 7 News Rep
