But felt the Police Used Excessive force and the teen got pulled from the train by the hoodie and then you see him walked oaf to the the stall and pushed up against the structure and eventually you see what appears to be the teens body slam on the ground. The trial for ashley white will continue tomorrow but without a jury. Accepted a compromise from the commonwealths attorney and whites bench trial instead of a jury trial. White is charged neglect. Thomas was found dead in a septic tank near the familys Pulaski County home. Kelsey bulger, her attorney, said it was impossible to seat a jury in Pulaski County because so many people know about the case either through media or social media. Both sides waived a jury trial. This comes after the court interviewed 66 potential jurors in two days and and filled its jury pool. Jurors were they said they had an opinion or had heard about the case. Were learning more about the relationship between Nicole Lovell and the man accused of killing her. The Washington Post reports that a friend of lovells says she called David Eisenhauer her boyfriend and talked about running away with him. Now city officials are making sure area businesses know what to expect from it. This week, the citys Attorneys Office handed out fliers. Now the fliers explain who is covered by the ordinance, what is allowed, and how the city will handle any complaints. According to a recent poll, more than a third of people in North Carolina say they want lawmakers to overturn the ordinance. We told you about a wral poll last week.
