A 39-year-old Lincoln man is in jail after he fired a handgun inside a house early Monday after he "became upset" while hanging out with people, police alleged.
A 15-year-old child was driving the car when it crashed into a median pillar on Cornhusker Highway near Northwest Sixth Street at around 7 a.m. Thursday, police said.
In court records, police noted that the 64-year-old had been cited several other times for window peeping in Nebraska in cases that date back nearly four decades.
