The late night attack happened near student apartments and fraternity houses. 19yearold freshman brock turner is accuse of raping a woman he met at a party as she layed intoxicated and unconscious. Between management and the unions going on inside. Earlier this hour there was somebody who came out. He says they are farther apart now than they were 48 hours ago but still actively talking. If we got that close before we could get there again and it would be pretty quick to clean up i would hope. The Union Members addressed bart board of directors at the meeting saying they are upset after both sides appeared to be within 30 million of the proposal but late last night said that was a miss communication by the mediator. Barts board did give author observation today to make some movement. Sources are telling me bart has not yet done so at this hour. Right now are focusing as the exhibition approaches on this cooling off period. If there is not a deal there didnt need to be a strike. The union says they dont know what it will be so they cant comment on it right now. They did tell us earlier though that if there is any strikes they do plan to give the public advance notice. Many of back and forths 400 daily riders tonight just want the trains to keep moving and the contract talks to stay on track. Today there were some progress.
