300 billion in direct Cash Payments will be available for every american citizen earning less than 99,000 per year. 3000 3400 for the typical family of four. Beenng like that has ever done. Item one is a hearing on how the cuts of over 300 classes will affect low income in communities of color and to take in High School Students who take city college of San Francisco classes to meet college and requirements, and any proposed cuts need to be heard by the students in communities most impacted.
