The court of arbitration for sport has dismissed the request filed by the Russian Olympic Committee and 68 russian athletes. Reporter the Russian Olympic Committee had appealed the ban put in place by the world track and field governing body in november. It bars russian athletes from International Competitions because of doping concerns. The ioc maintains 68 Clean Athletes should still be allowed to take part in the games.
