So take a look. Torrential rainfall started to affect Liaoning Province wednesday afternoon. The rainfall was actually 219 millimeters in the city. Thats a lot. Darby is packing winds of 100 hub kilometers but moving at a speed of 22 kilometers toward the west. The system may affect the big island some time between saturday afternoon into early sunday morning across the area. So we are looking at very bad conditions to happen in the area. The risks can be as follows, Tropical Force Winds are expected as well as heavy rainfall which could lead to flash floods and large breaking surf could happen across the big island during the weekend. We dont think the system will affect honolulu directly, but theres a chance we may see some Tropical Storm conditions on sunday in the island.
