Call for Easter eggs for lonely, vulnerable and isolated

Call for Easter eggs for lonely, vulnerable and isolated 08/03/2021 A South Lakeland homecare company is asking people to donate Easter eggs for the lonely, vulnerable and isolated. Home Instead has teamed up with Morrisons in Kendal and Levens Village Store as drop-off points so people can leave their Easter eggs at those shops until March 30. The firm is working with  groups in the area, including the Peoples Café, Kendal Integrated Care Community, Kendal Community Emergency Planning Group and Sight Advice South Lakes, who will help to identify people who may be lonely, vulnerable or isolated this Easter. Judy Clay, owner of Home Instead South Lakes, said: “Although we’ve been there to provide home care and companionship to many older people throughout the pandemic, we know not all are so lucky.
