On Sunday, police reported the dismantling of a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terror module in Jammu and Kashmir s Kulgam district, following the apprehension of four militant associates. According to a police spokesperson, security forces detained four terrorist associates and seized weapons and ammunition from them in the southern Kashmir district.
While serving as a teacher in a government school in Poonch district, Aijaz Ahmad Sheikh was monitoring terror activities in the border belt. Apart from luring youth to join terror ranks, the teacher was also assigned the job of transporting arms and ammunition from one place to another.
Jammu and Kashmir police claimed to have busted a LeT terror module and arrested four people including two active terrorists and women in the Bandipora district of North Kashmir.
