Got him to admit the media pressure of the time line not matching up, led dps to second the time line and requestion the victims victims and the gun and bullet evidence was tested and retested by an independent expert and both came up with the same result. We did speak with a former neighbor who says margie had two sons. She just went through divorce. She was an advocate for child had a smile on her face. We would just chitchat, normal stuff. Really shocked at what happened, just really sad. She was a sweet lady. My son would always want to go over there and play, and she would be like, sure, come on in.
