After hearing this morning in San Mateo County court, peterson was convicted 20 spyears ago of killing his wife and their unborn child. He claimsuhe is innocent of the killings and earlier this year, attorneys for the la Innocence Project agreed to take on his case an update on what happened in court. Scott petersons Defense Attorneys are asking for several things to revisit the case and years ago. And today, a San Mateo County judge set dates and deadlines for those requests.
