New jersey is closed this weekend as governor Chris Christie and the democrat Led Legislature try to hammer out a budget deal. Good evening everyone, im Natasha Brown. Also on the hill today, the Senate Select committee on intelligence will hold a hearing on russias interference in the election. The heads of the cia, nsa and fbi are expected to testify. This follows the release of a report last week blaming russia for Cyber Attacks against democratic groups and individuals during the president ial elections. The fbi says it is ready for inauguration day. Its been working for months to make sure everyone stays safe next friday. Cameras are set up across the district to keep our streets safe. Officers will be on. Hand to help out. Some will be armed with tools like explosive detection devices. The fbi says there is no people going to events to be vigilant.
