And while the Search And Rescue missions continue, more than 2,000 people have been pulled to safety despite that the death toll has risen significantly over the last 24 hours. At least 101 people across 11 florida counties died as a result of the storm. Hurricane ian is also to blame for at least four deaths in north carolina. Well this morning more than 400,000 people across the state remain without electricity.
