At some point drivers were being forced on to woodhaven road. They continued to be exiting ton woodhaven road. Some drivers started to drive around trucks forcing them off the highway. The those drivers made their way all the way up to the accident scene where they were promptly turned back around by police, because what you see is there cars driving southbound on i95 northbound.
