Philadelphia yesterday. Police say he realized the car might have been involved after watching a news report. Police questioned him and his girlfriend and let them go. Police are now looking for a 19yearold relative of hers who they believe was behind the wheel at the time. The driver took off after hitting rivera and her twoyearold son david alycia. He died yesterday morning. She was released from the hospital and returned to her grandparents home yesterday. The accident happened right in front of the home. The sidewalk there is now the scene of a growing memorial for david. Police are still looking for the driver of this car and say the owner and his girlfriend are cooperating. Theyre devastated and upset but theyre cooperating and being very helpful in the investigation. Reporter the police have gotten a search warrant for that car. Reporter this 2006 infiniti showed up at a Police Station in West Philadelphia with its owner this morning. He had been in philadelphia with his girlfriend visiting relatives last weekend. The owner says he loaned the car to one of her relatives and thats who was driving it at the time of the accident. The owner and his girlfriend went back to williamsport monday night.
