Now, the “most memed” apartment has finally been taken. A user by the name of Mayank Kale shared his move update on X and the post obviously went viral online. Kale, the co-founder and CEO of Loop Health also shared a picture of the aesthetic flat that was meme fodder a month ago.
A landlord in Bengaluru faced backlash on social media after raising the rent for his 2BHK flat. The advertisement initially stated a monthly rent of Rs 45,000 but was later revised to Rs 55,000. Twitter users responded with lighthearted memes, prompting the landlord to withdraw the advertisement. The situation has highlighted the unpredictable nature of the city s real estate market. The landlord, MG Bharat, apologized for the rent increase and assured that he wouldn t raise it once the rental agreement was signed.
The flat in question was located in Bengaluru’s Indiranagar, next to a cafe called Lazy Suzy and right opposite 12th Main. The interiors were quite aesthetic and the rent was 45K. And Bengaluru people flocked to the post, quite literally. So much so that @Bharath MG revised the rent to 55K.
