Levels continue to recede and arent expected to drop below flood levels until wednesday evening. However, flood waters through the streets of san jose and mill milpitas. Water started coming in and then it came in more and more and more and then finally the Fire Department showed up, told us that everyone had to get out. Reporter at 4 00 this morning, the stage of the creek was at 11. 8 feet. Flood stage is at 10 feet so until the water level falls, this is what it looks like. Again, im on a sidewalk here. You can see the water just creeping up here. Thats why these string of businesses in this area had to close. The businesses on that side of the street are okay.
