The District Attorney says this came to light recently during another investigation that had been going on for some time, that it began in 2015 with an investigation related to officer jason li. Li was charged tuesday with multiple accounts related to unlawfully accessing databases. The socalled new messages are separate from those exchanged between another set of officers back in 2012. That case first came to light just over a year ago. And here we are now again, a year later with this new text message, different officers, clearly occurring before, during and after the last time scandal, which tells me that the problem is deeper than just obviously 14 officers. The family has been battling this case for months, even moved out of the sunny veil neighborhood where the locals claim the child pulled another childs hair and bit a woman in another instance. After they claim they failed to get the childs parents to help, the neighbors filed a lawsuit to declare the child with autism a public nuisance. Now, these bones were discovered at an apartment at mccallister and steiner street. Abc 7 News Reporter vic lee has the latest.
