Heres what we know so far Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office responding to shots fired at this location. Deputies here finding a man in the road performing cpr on the victim. That man turns out was the alleged shooter and he stayed on scene trying to revive the victim pronounced dead. Law enforcement not releasing any identities at this time, only saying that the victim is approximately 40 years old, right now no immediate information as to what is leading investigators specifically as to what sparked this deadly confrontation. Just behind me at the scene the state attorney is also on scene working with Hillsborough County investigators, no word at this point on any potential charges against the shooter.
