Lets show new video from a couple of hours ago before the lanes reopened. You see the victims black car being put on a flatbed moments before being towed away. Which said they were responding to a roadrage incident on the free near the exit roughly freeway near the exit roughly around 2 30 a. M. Shortly after, there were reports of shots fired near the exit. The driver of the black car was shot and sent to a hospital in Critical Condition with injuries to his head.
