El Pasoan Jose Aranda was looking forward to seeing Ramón Ayala in concert in December. I m a lifelong fan, and I know he’s getting up there in age. . It would have been special to see him, he said. The concert was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic, and Aranda was understanding. But four months later, the concert, set for Ricky D s, has not been rescheduled. And Aranda is frustrated that he has not been able to get a $65 refund for two tickets.
