El Pasoan Jose Aranda was looking forward to seeing Ramón Ayala in concert in December.
"I'm a lifelong fan, and I know he’s getting up there in age. ... It would have been special to see him," he said.
The concert was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic, and Aranda was understanding.
But four months later, the concert, set for Ricky D's, has not been rescheduled. And Aranda is frustrated that he has not been able to get a $65 refund for two tickets.
"I have tried asking them repeatedly to reimburse me because I believe it is unfair to keep someone’s money when they do not have a new date yet," he said. "Also, I’m asking for a refund because of the way they have treated me; basically ignoring me and I do not like that nor think it is good business."
