Saginaw woman charged in dispute that led to gunfire, police seeking 2nd person Updated Jan 07, 2021; Facebook Share SAGINAW, MI A Saginaw mother is charged in connection with a daytime eruption of gunfire along a Saginaw street. Saginaw County District Judge Elian E.H. Fichtner on Thursday, Jan. 7, arraigned Kaylen D. Oehring, 52, on single counts of assault with intent to murder and felony firearm. The charges stem from an incident that occurred about 1:18 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 5, and began at Babel Food Market, 2321 Webber St. on Saginaw’s East Side, police said. Oehring and an adult man visited the store, the latter of whom got into a disagreement with another male customer, said Saginaw Police Sgt. Matthew Gerow.
