high. according to the superintendent s office, he is one of 15 administrators to leave the district since november. that is 20% of the administrators district-wide. i think that no one can freely admit things. what we re trying to do is have them express themselves with sensitivity. some people have gotten big pay raises to go to other districts. and some of our people are retiring. and after a very long career in public service i wish them well and hope they really enjoy their retirement. nbc bay area spoke with six administrators, some who are either riring or leaving. they say it was a toxic culture created by the board that forced their hands, the principal said i adore the staff i work with on a daily basis, the kids are great, for someone to say i m leaving because of the money, that is wrong. he also added i am looking for an atmosphere where i can affect change in kids lives where the community comes together for the betterment of students. i am concerned th
