They were aware of the mutual aid . We had to do this by a certain time so they are not surprised. We are not going to exceed the overtime budget as a result of this at this time. As we approach the end of the year, this particular mechanism was intended to better safe than sorry, make sure we have the fund this is the budget to cover ourselves to the end of the fiscal year and this was an unexpected cost for sure. Torques the majority of the staff here, im reaping that sometimes. But again, i have an investment to give the kids, what was given to me. As a former beacon student, i had many, many different Staff Members continue to invest their time in me, treat me like a little brother and even like a cousin. However they wanted to do me, but though, sometimes i was being rude, sometimes i was an obnoxious student, they still loved on me. And i decided that, ok, i have to go ahead and give back. I never thought i would be in this position im in now, but im honored to give them what was given to me. To hear were going to be receiving 377 million over the next five years, to invest in our children, the youth and their families . It literally touches my heart.
